How much does shipping and handling cost?
We ship to Canada and the United States using the following rate table.   We will also ship overseas but we ask that prior to ordering you get in contact with us and we'll discuss shipping fees.

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING:
If you are ordering for Christmas, please choose your shipping method carefully.   After December 1 we can't guarantee that U.S. orders will clear customs on time when using REGULAR MAIL service to U.S.  Please consider using Express shipping in the months of December to ensure you receive your order on time. 

SHIPPING IN CANADA

  • Regular Mail $5.00 - Approximately 5 to 7 business days to arrive - No tracking number provided

  • Express Mail $12.50  - Approximately 2 to 3 business days to arrive TRACKING number provided

SHIPPING TO UNITED STATES

  • Regular Mail $5.00 - Approximately 14 business days to arrive - No tracking number provided
    Please note:  Packages going to United States via regular mail must clear through customs before delivery (we are located in Canada).  This can often cause further delays during peak shipping months.  Wicked Stones cannot guarantee that your items will arrive in "exactly" 14 business days (times are approximate).  If you need your items quickly? Please consider using Express Mail.

How do I choose my shipping method?
You can choose the shipping method you'd prefer to use in your shopping cart.   There is a drop down menu when you are ordering that allows you to pick between Standard or Express.

Who do you use for shipping?
We use Canada Post for all our shipping.

Customs
Due to the fact that we are located in Canada, all packages have to clear customs before entering another country. You are responsible for any customs fees you might incur when ordering from another country.

We don't make money on our shipping
Personally? I dislike high shipping charges.  I often don't buy from companies that charge crazy amounts for this service.  So with that in mind I thought I'd fill you in on just what you are paying for.  Your shipping charges include:   the actual shipping costs that we pay at the post office, the packaging of your items and sometimes? There is a dollar or so extra that we use to pay for our gas to get to the post office.

When do my items get shipped:
We live about a half an hour away (via highway) to the post office - we get out to do the post about 2 to 3 times a week. 

Returns
If your gemstone items has arrived and it's not quite what you were looking for?  We will accept returns within 30 days after the original shipping date.  Please take note of the following tidbits of information before you request a return:

1.  We require notification that the item is being returned.   Either by telephone (705) 562-GEMS (4367) or email
2.  A copy of the original receipt must be included.
3.  All orders must be returned in bubble wrap and packaged properly to ensure their safe arrival. The item must be returned in the same condition it arrived to you.
4.  Special orders are not refundable.
5.  You are responsible for return shipping fees.
6.  Any Paypal fees you incur are not refundable by Wicked Stones.  We are not responsible for PayPal fee deductions.
7.  Wicked Stones is not responsible for returning any customs fees you incur (if you order outside of Canada).
