I was truly amazed the first time that I ever saw this gemstone.  This particular piece is simply incredible!  You can see by the photograph that it has a natural point on the bottom end of the stone. (I've included several pictures so you can see it from various angles.  In different lights you can see through one corner with its rich golden colours, the tip has powerfully rich purples and there are intense areas of red .  This gem has NOT been polished - it is in its natural state and has been untouched by machine.  It's truly as Mother Nature intended.  There is shimmering clear quartz and vibrant banding on one of the sides that has a distinct smoother area. 

This is not a tiny stone, it has a lot of surface to explore.  It comes ready to wear on a black cord (approx. 20 inches in length) with a clasp.  If you'd prefer another length, just let us know when ordering in the options field of your shopping cart.  The wire is used is sterling silver.
